Kurtis regularly presents at conferences to share his research and contribute to the security community. His interests lie in securing client networks and research around building secure networks.

Julian Mihai is serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System, a leading academic medical center based in Philadelphia, PA, where he is responsible for all aspects of the enterprise cybersecurity program across clinical, research, and education lines of business. Julian has an extensive leadership experience in enterprise cybersecurity across several industries, helping organizations transform lagging security functions into cutting-edge cybersecurity programs and positioning cybersecurity as a key enabler of the organization’s mission. He is passionate about collaboration within the healthcare security community to disrupt the status quo, advising innovative security technology companies, and being engaged in innovative co-development opportunities. Julian holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a M.S. and B.S. in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest.

Dr. Dustin Sachs is the Chief Technologist and Sr. Director of Programs at CyberRisk Collaborative. He is a highly accomplished cybersecurity professional with a proven track record in risk management, compliance, incident response, and threat mitigation. He is CISSP-certified and holds a Doctor of Computer Science (DCS) degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. Dr. Sachs has worked in various industries, including public utilities, food distribution, and oil and gas. He is a respected thought leader in the cybersecurity community.
