Julian is responsible for all aspects of the enterprise cybersecurity program across clinical, research and education lines of business. Prior to joining Penn Medicine Clinic, he held multiple senior and technical leadership roles in enterprise cybersecurity and technology at the Cleveland Clinic, HCSC/Blue Cross Blue Shield of IL, Microsoft, Motorola, and several technology startups.

Christopher holds 18 industry certifications including the CISSP, GPEN, GISP, GCFE, GSEC, GCIH, CEH, and more; along with a Master’s Degree in Information Security.
